Step 1. Warm up 

1. Enjoy the picturesPPT播放有关学校场所的图片)

T: Boys and girls, what are the pictures about?

Ss: School.

Ss: Yes, these pictures are all about school.

2. Sing a song about school.

3. Guessing game

There are many places in the school. What are they? Let’s guess.

T: There are some desks and chairs in it. We can have lessons in it. Where is it?

S: Classroom.

T: You are right. Are there any classrooms in our school?

S: Yes, there are.

 

Step 2. Presentation

1. Learn new words

2. Read new words

3. 复习句型:Is/Are there ...?

             Yes, there is/are.

             No, there is/are not.

4. 教授序数词:first, second, third及句型It’s/They’re on the ... floor.

(引导学生对教师进行提问)

SIs there a computer room?

T: Yes, there are two computer rooms. They’re on the third floor.

教授新词:first, second, third.

5. 揭示课题

T: Boys and girls! Today, a new student comes.

PPT出示Nancy人物形象,She’ s new here. She’s a new student.

T: Can you show her around?

教师示范:

There is a library. It’s on the third floor.

There are two computer rooms. They’re on the second floor.

小组利用学校平面示意图向Nancy介绍自己学校场所具体位置。

 

Step 3. Consolidation

1. 同学分组讨论教室的布置并运用所学句型进行介绍。

2. 同学看图介绍课本上的教室布置

This is Nancy’s classroom in her new school.

How many desks and chairs are there in the classroom?

Is there a computer?

Are there any pictures?

3. 同学创设自己喜爱的教室并向老师和学生介绍

4. 复习Sound time字母C的发音

5. 学生跟着磁带有节奏的朗读,教师让学生想一想还有单词有类似的发音吗?
6. 通过图片展示让学生了解In the UK, this is the ground floor. In the US, this is the first floor.

 

Step 4. Homework

1. Finish the writing “My school”.

2. Read more picture books with your friend.

在教学过程中,受到了传统教学理念的影响,在学习的过程中学生也往往形成一定的思维定势,因此学习的效果很难得到提升,在学习过程中都是围绕着教师的主题而开展的,不能够突破传统思维的限制,因此在当前的教学过程中,教师就需要能用多种方式来开展教学,培养学生的思维灵活度,而这也是与新课程改革的基本要求是相契合的。因此教师就需要利用好综合板块培养学生的思维灵活度,首先在面对问题时,教师就需要引导学生从不同的角度去考虑问题,这就要求教师能够因材施教,对于不同的学生进行有针对性的指导。
