3A Unit 5 Look at me!
第一课时(Story time)教学设计
武进区夏溪小学吕霞
一、教学设计
(一)教学目标:
1.能听懂、会说、会读和会拼读单词T-shirt, skirt, cap
2.能听懂、会说、会读句子:Look at my… It’s nice/ great. How nice! Great!
3. 能用适切地语言对他人的服装夸赞,受到他人的夸赞能礼貌回应。
4. 能恰当评价自己的学习活动。
(二)学情分析:本课话题为clothes, 其中重点谈论服饰,并对他人的服饰进行适切地夸赞。学生在低年级的英语学习中已经对表示服饰的单词有了一定程度的掌握,因此本节课在此基础上可以进行有效的深入和拓展。
(三)课时安排:第一课时
(四)教学方法:任务型教学法、情境教学法、儿歌教学法、对比教学法、图片教学法、TPR全身反应法等
(五)教学手段:多媒体课件、实物、图片等
(六)教学过程:
Step 1.Warm up.
Sing a song: I’m so happy.
Step 2. Lead in.
Show a short play: Bobby and Sam.
T: Good morning, everybody.
Ss: Good morning, Joanna.
T: National Day is coming. We have eight days off. So are you happy?
Ss:…
T: Look! Bobby and Sam are very happy too because they go to the park and the party during the National Day holiday. Let’s watch a play and remember what clothes they wear.
T: Now can you say something about their performance?
(引导学生给予评价: Very good! / Come on!...
T: What clothes do they choose? Remember?
Ss: hat, bag, sun-glasses, shirt, coat…
Step3. Presentation.
1. Look at my… It’s… / How…!
T: Look at the coat. Is it nice?
Ss: Yes!
T: It’s nice. (先出示单词卡,再完成板书It’s nice.——PPT
Ss: (跟读)It’s nice. (竖起大拇指)
T: And look at the shirt.Nice?
Ss: Yes!
T: Very nice. How nice! (完成板书How nice!——PPT
Ss: (跟读) How nice! (竖起两个大拇指)
T: How about this hat? Very good, right?
Ss: Yes!
T: It’s great. (先出示单词卡,再完成板书It’s great.
Ss: (跟读) It’s great.(拍手)
T: These are Sam and Bobby’s clothes. Now look at my clothes.
 Look at my T-shirt.
 新授单词:T-shirt (跟读——一齐拼读)
Ss: (全体跟读——男女生读)Look at my T-shirt.
T: Look at my T-shirt. (拿着说然后放抽屉里)
Ss: Look at my T-shirt.
T: Oh, where’s my T-shirt? Look! Here it is. It’s in the drawer. Now let’s sing a song. “Where’s my T-shirt?” OK?(唱歌)
T: Where’s my skirt? Where’s my skirt? PPT呈现skirtHere it is. Here it is. It’s in the bag. It’s in the bag. Thank you very much. Thank you very very much. Now look at my skirt.
   新授单词:skirt (跟小老师读——个别拼读——一齐拼读)
Ss: (全体跟读——分组说)Look at my skirt.
T: Now let’s play a game of the new words. (走单词迷宫游戏)
 Now look at my dress. I’m going to a party on National Day. I bought a dress. And look at my new shoes. Look at my new bag. Look at me!
 PPT: Look at me! 看我!
Ss: (摆出不同造型)Look at me!
T: Great! / Cool! / Nice! (完成板书)
Ss: Look at me! (引导学生用各种姿势充分展现自己的整体形象,为学生拍照)
Step 4. To learn the story
1. Watch and choose. (整体感知课文)
T: Look at Yang Ling. National Day is coming. Yang Ling also bought some new clothes. What for? What clothes she is showing her mother? Let’s watch the story.
a. Yang Ling is showing her new clothes for_________.
b. Yang Ling is showing her mother her_____, _________ and__________.
2. Learn the new word.
       cap
T: Yang Ling is showing her mother her T-shirt, skirt and cap or hat?(拿出鸭舌帽和便帽)
T: This is a cat. So how to spell cap?
S:…
T: Is this a cap?
Ss: No, it’s a hat. Game: cap & hat两人竞赛)
T: Here is chant about the cap and the hat “I’m a cat, cat, cat.”
3. Look and choose.
T: This is Sam’s cap. And this is Yang Ling’s cap, T-shirt and skirt. Look at the four pictures about Yang Ling’s clothes. Can you find the words for each picture?
 eg: A: Look at my T-shirt. B: It’s nice. 对应书本上第1幅图
(通过观察图片,找到对应的语段,培养学生的逻辑思维能力)

4. Read the story.
(用跟读、分角色读、汇报等多种方式朗读课文,注意语音语调的指导)
T: It’s nice! / Nice English. / Great! (夸赞学生的朗读)
Step 5. Consolidation
1. Group work.
T: Just now we talked about Yang Ling’s clothes. Now look at my chothes. Look at my dress / hat / bag…
Ss: It’s… / How…!
T: Now show your clothes in groups. Four students a group.
 (四人一小组表演)
2.      A fashion show. (组织时装表演,让学生在展示自己服装的同时展示英语风采)
Step 6. Summary and ticking time.
T: Today we learn the pattern “Look at my…” “It’s … / How …!” “Look at me!” “Great!” Did you do a good job? How many stars can you get? You can tick in the table. How many stars can you get, ***?
S1: …stars.
T: Great!
Step 6. Homework.
1. 用优美的语音语调朗读课文。
2. 国庆节期间,向你的家人或朋友“秀”一下你的服饰,也别忘了夸赞一下别人哦!
