Step1. Warm up 

1.. Play a game: Guess Guess!

First,I want to introduce myself. My English name is Erin. I am 27 years old. I have a lot of hobbies. Can you guess? I will ask someone to show you.

The teacher and Ss do and guess.(play basketball, play football, swim…)

一名学生根据老师的提示做动作,其他学生根据动作猜出老师的爱好。

2. Free talk

T: What do you usually do at Saturdays/Sundays?

S: I usually … on Saturday/Sundays.

 

Step 2. Presentation

1.Lead in

T: So you have a lot of activities on Saturdays and Sundays. Here is a calendar. Some days are in black and some are in red. Days in black are weekdays and we come to school, but days in red are Saturdays and Sundays, we call them weekends. Do you come to school at weekends?

Ss: No, I don’t.

Teach: at weekends

Today we will learn Unit 7 At weekends

T: Are you happy at weekends?

Ss: Yes.  

2.Look and learn

1.)T: Me, too. what does Miss Wang usually do at weekends?

(出示老师在电影院的照片)I like watching films very much. So I usually go to the cinema at weekends.

Ss: go to the cinema.

2.)(出示老师的爷爷奶奶的照片)I also visit my grandpa and grandma at weekends. We can also call them grandparents.

Ss: visit my grandparents.

3.)T: Look at the picture,Where is Miss Wang?(出示老师在公园的照片)

S3:…

T: Yes. I usually go to the park at weekends. I usually fly a kite.

Ss: Fly a kite.

4.) T: Sometimes I bring a lot of food. We have a picnic.

Ss: Have a picnic.

4.)T:What else does Miss Wang do at weekends?(出示网上聊天的照片) I have an e-friend in the US. So I chat with her on the Internet.

Ss: Chat on the Internet

3.Learn new words

  T: How often does Miss Wang chat on the Internet?

This is Miss Wang’s calendar. I always reading at weekends.

老师整个身心都投入进去,整节课都面带微笑,以饱满的热情感染每一位小朋友,教学基本功扎实,师生关系融洽,尝试以学生为主体,有自己的独到之处;教师声调不断变化并配以手势,学生朗读的形式丰富多样,这样学生的基本知识巩固扎实教师的课堂教学设计层层递进,目标明确。教学设计中的活动、儿歌、游戏等都有一定的目的性,虽然花样多,但是都服务于本课的教学设计,体现了教师的课堂教学机智。拓展部分,动物是我们的好朋友,我门要爱护动物,一句话把所学的内容与人们生活密切联系起来。
